What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship. 3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura, they teach the secrets to make pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully. We will meet in Florence at our cooking school located in the historic center, in front of the Arno river. We are a team of professionals chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE or SPAGHETTI & TORTELLI in different shape. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. After the preparation, we will cook together the pasta with the relatives sauces. Each participant will prepare their own pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it, then with the rest of the group like an italian family. We will provide you with all the necessary tools including a kitchen gown, rolling pin, pasta cutter, eggs, and flour. After the preparation, we will cook the pasta together with their sauces. Each participant will prepare their pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it with the rest of the group like a true Italian family. This experience will last for about 3 hours and will be an opportunity to socialize with other travellers and your host in an authentic Italian atmosphere. During the meal, we will serve the delicious organic Tuscan wine, which we produce on our farm called "Dalle Nostre Mani" using natural methods.
