I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù. Our tour is ideal for everyone who wants to get to know Madrid in a short time but in a relaxed way. Conducted in English. In about 3 hours and 11 km biking, you will more or less see and hear everything of the old center while riding a very comfortable bicycle. The “must see” places as well as the hidden corners away from the typical touristic paths. We will ride mainly on cycling paths, pedestrian zones and parks. Of course there will be various stops to take pictures. When we stop, we will tell you about the stories behind what you see and tell our personal experiences of our time in Madrid. The tour will finish in one of the most emblematic spaces of Valencia: the Arab wall, a site of great historical importance dating back to the 11th Century and the reign of El Cid. Here, enjoy an exclusive and intimate dining venue - a Moorish cave and secluded outdoor patio - where we prepare a menu of local tapas and traditional paella, showcasing the best of local produce. This menu is complemented by a comprehensive wine-tasting, with prizewinning wines sourced from the Valencian region. With each course, we share what makes the ingredients so special to the Valencian community. We can cater for all specific dietary requirements. First, we will start our trip in Chefchaoun walking through the historic blue houses by foot. Our trip starts from Chefchaoun to Akshour. Here we have a number of options to get to the national park area of Akshour, roughly 15km away. Option 1- We can take a local shared taxi which you pay individually per seat in the taxi. This costs roughly 25 dirham. Option 2- For any adventurous and thrill seeking people we can hire quad bikes from Chefchaoun and ride the quads through the moutains having oppoutunites to stop and take incredible pictures along the route. For prices and enquiries please ask for more information and note that this isn't included in the price stated on the current link. Option 3- If you have your own car then you are more than welcome to use this and we can travel freely together through the mountains stopping where you please for pictures and views along the way. When we arrive to Akshour we will have the option of visitng the waterfalls, Bridge of god, and have the oppourtunity to relax and take in the spectactular views. Are you ready for the adventure? Starting at Central Market, where we will try a typical snack, we are going to conquer one of the most beautiful castles in Spain in front of the sea which has more than 1000 years of history. We will descend to the historic center enjoying the most important monuments and discovering the seven secrets. Let us surprise you with the beauty of my hometown and with countless anecdotes, history, legends and intrigue. Finally we will visit a terrace in a bar run by my childhood friend, located in a historic location, and you will be able to taste my favourite typical snacks as well as a typical Spanish drink! WHAT'S INCLUDED: 1 bottle of water, typical snack at Central Market , shuttle bus transfer to the top of the castle (5 min trip), guided tour and free entrances to all the monuments/museums that we are going to visit, and special snack and one drink (alcoholic or not) at one of the best locations in Alicante. Other things to note We will walk approximately 2 kilometers and there are some stairs. Morning bookings, starting until 14:30, we will taste the central market´s snacks inside of the market. Afternoon bookings, the snacks will be offered at the spots outside of the market, because inside only opens morning time.

Tras encontrarnos en Huerto Ribera, iniciaremos juntos un precioso recorrido por la finca, la fachada monumental de 1870, rodeada por montañas, con unas vistas increíbles en plena naturaleza. Pasearemos por los jardines del Huerto Ribera con naranjos centenarios. Caminaremos entre naranjos, conoceremos su tradicional cultivo, comparándolo con las técnicas más modernas, y veremos todas las variedades de cítricos plantadas: Sanguinelli, Citrus Yuzu, Mano de Buda, Limas, Caviar cítrico, Calamondin, Kumquats... Aprenderéis todo sobre el cultivo de los cítricos. Conoceréis su historia, los sistemas de plantación, de poda, de riego, injertos… También os contaremos la situación de los agricultores y del sector citrícola para acercaros la realidad del campo valenciano. Podréis recolectar vuestras propias naranjas o mandarinas de temporada (en temporada, de febrero a junio) y observar distintas variedades de cítricos. Baila flamenco en pleno centro de Madrid con una profesora apasionada por el baile, el cante y la música española. En esta clase vamos a aprender el compás de uno de los ritmos del flamenco de forma sencilla y dinámica, vamos a aprender pasos básicos, expresión corporal flamenca y taconeo... y lo más importante, vamos a bailar y bailar hasta impregnarnos de su esencia. La actividad ocurre en una de las escuelas donde se aprende y crea flamenco hoy en día en Madrid, rodeado de artistas, de espectáculos, de aire flamenco...¡una experiencia única para disfrutar si pasas por la ciudad!
